Disney has released two versions of the Haunted Mansion Spirit Jersey this year. Both have been very popular selling out quickly online. We have now seen three different versions of Haunted Mansion Spirit Jerseys. I purchased the new purple, “Welcome Foolish Mortals” Spirit Jersey from ShopDisney the day it was released and the order finally came nearly two weeks to date.

Foolish Mortals Jersey Design

This jersey feels lighter weight compared to some of my other jerseys. I would say the material feels like the Halloween Disneyland Candy Spirit Jersey. It doesn’t feel as heavy-weight – which is fine for this time of year!

Jersey Close-Ups – Is it Linty?

Some people who received the jersey has said that it looks linty. Here is a close-up photo of the jersey. From afar, you can’t really tell but if you look super close, you do see little white fabric hairs. I wonder if this is because the inside is actually white. It may have been the way this jersey is printed. Either which way, it doesn’t bother me. What I do love most about this jersey are the all-over print eyes. They remind me of Scooby-Doo.

Puff Paint Details

The puff paint doesn’t feel as thick as some of my other jerseys. I do love the neon yellow-green drop shadow on the letters and lantern on this jersey. I feel like the purple and neon give off a good contrast of colors and really make the letters pop.

Glow-in-the-Dark Details

I took a flashlight and shined it for a while on the glow-in-the-dark puff paint. I brought it into the dark and this is how it showed up. It seems a little fainter in the glow versus the Halloween Boo Spirit Jersey. As I mentioned previously, this puff paint seemed slightly weaker. So make sure to take extra care when washing this jersey. Don’t dry it in the dryer. I feel like the puff paint can wear down and crack easily.

Fit and Sizing

I like the fit. It fits how most of my other jerseys fit. Since the fabric isn’t as thick as my other jerseys, it feels more drapey and fits loosely. The only other jerseys that felt smaller than this was the Halloween Boo Jersey and the purple Hocus Pocus Jersey – they felt slightly narrow in the waist.

This is the Disneyland Haunted Mansion Wallpaper Spirit Jersey. It was available on ShopDisney and sold out pretty quickly. They have been doing constant restocks of this jersey at World of Disney, so if you’re trying to snag one of these, you can try Downtown Disney.

Haunted Mansion Spirit Jersey – Version 1

I believe this version of the Haunted Mansion Spirit Jersey came out in 2018. This version glows in the dark as well. I think this was released with the other attraction Spirit Jerseys – Pirates, Small World, and Tiki Room.
