Did you order Disneyland 65th Anniversary merchandise from ShopDisney and schedule a pickup at Downtown Disney? Today is the first day on the schedule when you can pick up your items and the process is pretty painless. Arrive during your scheduled pick-up time and make sure to bring a photo ID.
Merchandise pick-up is located at the old ESPN building. Cast Members will greet you and direct you towards a line at the side of the building. The building to pick-up your merchandise is on the smaller side, so they are strongly enforcing social distancing. Only the person who ordered the merchandise can stand in line and enter the building. If you are accompanying someone and did not order anything, the CM’s will ask you to wait around the corner where the exit is.
Once it’s your turn at the register, you will be asked to show your photo ID to verify your identity. The CM will radio the back and within minutes, your magic order will appear. They will go through the items with you to ensure that everything you ordered is there. If it is, then VOILA! You’re done and on your way!
If you are looking to purchase any 65th Anniversary Merchandise, they do not have extra that you can buy there. There is 65th Anniversary Merch available at the World of Disney Store as well as The Dress Shop.
Sold Out Items
Some items are currently sold out and not available for purchase at the stores, like the Loungefly Castle Bag. The anniversary Minnie ears are sold out and the staff does not know whether or not they will be receiving anymore. It looks like they sold out over the weekend and have not been in stock since. However, currently they have plenty of the Mickey ears in stock.
The AP merchandise is not available for sale at the stores and the pins are sold out as well.
